Each sculpture has been created by award winning sculptor Steve Carter. The sculptures are individually crafted using the cold cast bronze process. This process uses art resin imbedded with bronze powder. The result is a durable figure with fine detail and the finish of bronze at a fraction of the cost of bronze.
The artist Steve Carter retired from active duty as a US Army Sergeant Major at Fort Monroe, Virginia. With 28 years of military service, his passion has been to use art to proclaim his faith in God and to honor the sacred stories in those around him. Though an accomplished painter and knife maker, his favored medium is sculpture. His works often depict the routine elements of life. It’s in the images of those inconspicuous moments that individual character, honor, and strength can be translated into sculpture.
